Recession - time to start buying?
The talk of a recession may be behind the many individual decisions that have led to the recent 15% decline in the value of the Dow Jones. Perhaps it is more than that. Perhaps it is the fear of depression that is causing the “fright to cash”. Regardless, the author of Procerity has taken the opportunity presented by the market correction to re-populate portfolios with debt and equities. These portfolios had their securities liquidated and had been flush with cash since August 2007. Well, today it appears that a bit more patience would have been in order.
Procerity’s Prognosis: Bargains abound, but some will have even better prices over the next six months.
